The villa has 4 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, vaulted ceiling and views onto the deck and swimming pool. This leads into a large ensuite bathroom with a garden tub bath and seperate shower cubicle, there is also a walk-in closet leading from the ensuite, we have provided a hairdryer to save you that bit of luggage space!. The second bedroom has a double bed and again views out to the pool and lake. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both contain twin beds.

The lounge and dining room are elegantly furnished and provide a quiet and tranquil place to relax or to enjoy a family meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery and utensils that you could need. There is also a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, large fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

The nook has table and chairs perfect for enjoying your breakfast before a busy day at the parks. The family room provides the entertainment space and a further seating area. The newly fitted Games Room has an impressive 8ft pool table and table football providing entertainment for all the family.

The large pool has a diamond bright finish and stunning views over the lake, the doors leading to the pool are alarmed and there is also a pool screen, to keep young children completely safe. There is a table and chairs, and sun loungers for use on the deck.

There are bicyles in the garage which our guests are welcome to use, at their own risk. The nature trail in the heart of Emerald Island makes the perfect place for a leisurely bike ride.

We have provided the all essential baby equipment, including 2 strollers, a highchair, cot and an Avent steam steriliser - to help lighten your luggage.
